The finer points
All our costs are completely transparent. We advise you to send images of the damage to us so we can make an assessment of your bat before you post it. This ensures you do not incur any unecessary postage charges in the event that your bat can not be repaired. Images can be sent to us by email or picture message, or we can organise a skype consultation. After assessment, all prices quoted are inclusive of return postage.
When we have received your bat, you will be contacted and payment will need to be arranged. Our aim is to have the work completed and returned to you within 7-12 days. Bats will only be returned when cleared payment has been received and you will be notified by e-mail when your bat has been posted back to you.
We will make every effort to ensure that all repairs undertaken stand up to the rigours of the game, however cricket bats are made of a very unpredictable natural material (willow) which makes every repair different. We cannot therefore guarantee any repairs.
If your bat is under a warranty period, any work undertaken by us will void this.
